    Nearly all businesses formed by filing with the state of North Dakota must file a federal Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) Report with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) following business formation.   • Annual Report
    North Dakota corporations and LLCs must file their annual report each year. LLCs must file the report and $50 fee by November 15. Corporations must file by August 1 and pay a $25 fee.

Personal Income Tax
The North Dakota Individual income tax rates range from 1.10% to 2.90%.

Corporation Tax 

The ND corporate income tax rates are:

$0 – $25,000 1.41% of North Dakota taxable income
$25,000 – $50,000 $352.50 Plus 3.55% of over $25,000
$50,000 – $1,240.00  Plus 4.31% of amount over $50,000

 

North Dakota Business License

North Dakota does not have a state business license requirement, but you may need other licenses to operate. For example, you may need a contractor’s license plus certain local licenses/permits.
